Delivery Costs are not included in the prices of our products. Please send us a non-binding delivery-enquiry with your phone number, address and the name of the product you like to buy.
To make sure the piece of your choice reaches you safely, you can rely on our experience and know-how about shipping and working with furniture. We take care that it’s well packaged and insured.
If possible, we dispatch by ourselves, which allows us to stay in personal contact with you throughout the whole process – from ordering to delivery. Otherwise, we commission experienced couriers and transport companies we trust.
You’re free to collect your item at our showroom by making an appointment with us.
Smaller items are shipped with a parcel service within 1 – 3 days after the reception of your payment.
We accept the following payment methods:
- bank transfer – You receive an email with the invoice. We ask you to complete the payment within 7 days.
- cash payment – If you collect your order by yourself, we can accept cash, too. We like to encourage you to collect the item within the agreed period.
For a small deposit, we can reserve an item for you for an agreed period. In case you decide not to buy the item, your deposit is fully refunded.
In case the purchased goods don’t meet your expectations, you are welcome to return them within 14 days. Please note that we only refund the purchase price, not the shipping costs.
