Beautiful and rare floor lamp in very good & original condition.
In the style of Walter Von Nessen.
The lamp is made of a brass base and stem, partly wrapped in rattan.
It has an adjustable celluloid shade with the function to use it as a chair-side reading or torchiere (when flipped up) lamp.
Manufactured in the late 1930s, in the 1940s or in the early 1950s in Germany.
